Despite losing two cylinders, the 3.5-liter V-6 twin-turbo engine powering the 2025 INFINITI QX80 produces 450 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, an increase of 50 horsepower and more than 100 lb-ft over the previous generation. Depending on the powertrain setup, a nine-speed automatic gearbox that matches with the engine may provide power to either the back or all four wheels. A pleasant feature is INFINITI’s claim of approximately 20 percent more fuel efficiency.

Four-wheel drive is an option for the Pure and Luxe trim levels, while four-wheel drive is standard on the Sensory and Autograph trim levels.
