I worked with Willy Ryksen a month ago when leasing my fully loaded, 7 passenger Q60! I love this car! This is my 6th consecutive lease with INFINITI. Willy could not have been more professional, accommodating, kind, and I was overall given excellent customer service by him. Willy made sure I was kept comfortable by offering water and snacks for my granddaughter, while my paperwork was being done. When pick up time came my car was pristine inside and out. Willy took the time to go over all the features of the car as well as taking the liberty to schedule my first service appointment. Excellent overall experience...service was quick and I was provided with all pertinent information. I think your pricing is too high and would discourage me from using you for a lot of routine service, even though I would like to.

Ramsey has your back. My daughter's car needed an ECM. It was installed before she went off to college. But when she got there the push start problem was still there. We had the car towed 30 miles to another dealership in Ellicott City MD. The car was in that shop for one month when the tech finally found the problem. Given the loss of use and the cost of the repair Ramsey agreed to pay for the repairs and the towing. Incredible. No other dealership would have agreed to have our backs like Ramsey. Work with Phil Occhino the service manager and you will be in good hands.
